How do you get to the farm?
We're in Gavinhos de Baixo, three kilometres from the centre of Oliveira do Hospital. Google Maps can sometimes be misleading, so once you've booked, we'll send you precise directions with arrival references that really work. If you prefer, we'll call to guide you on the last kilometre.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm, and check-out between 9am and 12pm. Whenever possible, we welcome guests personally: someone from the family will be waiting to open the door, show you around and answer any questions. We also have a safe by the gate, so check-in can be done independently if it's more convenient or if you arrive outside the agreed time. If you need different times, just talk to us before you arrive and we'll try to adjust as best we can.
Can I book the whole farm just for us?
Yes. The House and Dome can be booked together, fourteen people in total, with the whole farm just for your group. It works well for significant birthdays, family reunions, small retreats, or a couple who really want the whole place. Please contact us directly, price on request.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome. The farm has seven enclosed hectares where they can roam freely. We just ask that you let us know before you book so we can arrange the details.
Do you accept children?
Yes, all ages. The house works very well for families, private pool, farm animals, and seven enclosed hectares with no traffic. Let us know the ages when you book so we can arrange beds and whatever else is needed.
What is included in the price? Are there any extras?
Everything that guarantees a comfortable stay is included: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, private pool, car park, bed linen and towels. As extra services, available on request and booking in advance, we have breakfast, a private jacuzzi and massages.
Is there breakfast?
Yes, we can prepare breakfast on request. The options available are in the Guest Guide, which we send by WhatsApp after booking. To ensure that we can prepare everything with the necessary care, breakfast must be ordered in advance, either before arrival or within the timeframe indicated in the guide.
Is there any cleaning during your stay?
The house is delivered clean on arrival. For longer stays, we can arrange intermediate cleaning. Talk to us and we'll find a way that makes sense for the days you stay here.
