1. How do I make my booking?
To book directly, use the booking form which is available on every page of the website. Simply click on "book stay".
2. What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking. We have flexible and non-refundable options. The conditions are detailed before you confirm. If you have any doubts, ask us before deciding.
3. Is a security deposit required?
Yes. We ask for a deposit of €250 on arrival, by bank transfer. It is returned in full after the final inspection of the house or Dome.
4. Is there a minimum number of nights?
On weekends and in high season, a minimum may apply. Check the booking form to confirm.
5. Is it possible to ask for late check-out?
Check-out time is 12 noon. Whenever possible, we facilitate later check-out at no extra cost, but this confirmation is only made on the same day.
6. How is payment made?
For direct bookings, the methods are combined at the time of confirmation: MbWay, Debit or Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
